Before your treatment can be administered, you must agree to our terms and conditions.

You must be 18 years or older.

If you have an existing eyebrow microblading, you must send us a picture before booking an appointment so we can determine your eligibility.

We cannot guarantee 100% results due to varying skin and health conditions.

Sign a consent form and photo/video release prior to treatment.

Once service is completed, no refunds will be issued.

All cancellations and changes must be made at least 1 day prior to your scheduled appointment. If less than 24 hour notice is given for a cancellation or reschedule, you will forfeit your deposit.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost and your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

You must strictly follow all pre and post care instructions.

You must read the contraindications below and complete our Client Information Sheet so we can determine eligibility. Certain conditions will require written consent from your doctor.

Do not book microblading, ombre' powder or combo brows before any major social events, such as a wedding, graduation, vacation etc.

Post inflammatory hyper pigmentation that is easily triggered

If you are using Retin A

If your are using or have used accutane in the last 12 months

Herpes

Glaucoma

Autoimmune Disease

Keloid

Heart Conditions

Directly after a strong chemical peel and/or botox treatments

Skin diseases such as psoriasis, shingles, or eczema on the treatment area

Cancer/Chemotherapy

Makeup, pigment, and/or topical anesthetic allergies

HIV/Hepatitis
-
Hemophilia
